List Event Groups

Public: List event groups with their markets and prices.

Returns pre-aggregated event groups for efficient frontend loading. Each group contains:

• event_group_id, event_title, event_image
• markets: list of markets with live prices (sorted by probability)
• total_volume, market_count, is_hot

This endpoint eliminates the need for separate per-group API calls that caused the “Person P” placeholder issue in MarketsGrid.
