List Up Or Down Markets

Get all active “Up or Down” interval markets from Polymarket.

These are short-term binary markets that resolve based on whether a price goes up or down within a specific time interval.

Note: 5M and 15M intervals are disabled by default to reduce database load. Set HIGH_FREQ_UPDOWN_ENABLED=true in environment to enable them.
